Truck & SUV Lift Kit Installation
Vehicle-specific suspension lift kits and related components installed with attention to fitment, suspension geometry, steering, and drivability.
A little more height. A better stance. More capable suspension. Or maybe you're just tired of looking at that factory rake every time you walk toward your truck.
At Gearhead Autoworks, we handle lift and leveling kit installations, suspension upgrades, wheels and tires, steering, brakes, and precision wheel alignments.
Because an upgrade should do more than look good in the parking lot. It needs to work on the road, too.
There's nothing wrong with wanting your truck or SUV to stand out. But the best upgrades don't come at the expense of how it drives.
A leveling kit might be exactly what your daily driver needs. Another vehicle might benefit from a more involved suspension setup, different wheels and tires, or improvements to its steering and braking systems.
The important part is choosing components that actually work together and make sense for how you use the vehicle.
We're not here to sell everyone the biggest lift on the shelf. We're here to help put together upgrades that fit the vehicle, your goals, and your budget.
From simple leveling kits to more involved suspension and wheel-and-tire changes, we'll help you sort through the options and get the installation right.

Correct that factory rake with a leveling kit designed for your vehicle. We'll help determine an appropriate setup and address alignment afterward.
Shocks, struts, control arms, steering components, and suspension improvements for trucks and SUVs that need better control or a different driving feel.
Wheel and tire upgrades, fitment evaluation, mounting, balancing, and practical guidance on sizing, clearance, and everyday drivability.
Suspension changes affect alignment. We evaluate steering and suspension geometry and perform alignments where the vehicle's configuration allows proper adjustment.
Brake repair and compatible upgrade options to complement the vehicle's intended use, particularly when changing wheels, tires, or suspension.
Bigger isn't automatically better. Neither is a lift kit that looks fantastic until you hit highway speeds and spend the next twenty miles correcting the steering wheel.
Ride height changes can affect alignment angles, steering geometry, suspension travel, tire clearance, and ride quality.
Add different wheel offsets, larger tires, and aftermarket suspension components, and the details start to matter pretty quickly.
At Gearhead, we evaluate how those components work together. Our goal is to help you end up with a truck or SUV that looks the way you want without overlooking how it handles, steers, and drives.
Not everybody is building a trail rig. And not every SUV needs to sit six inches higher.
Ford F-150, Chevrolet Silverado, GMC Sierra, Ram, Toyota Tacoma, Tundra, and other compatible pickups. Whether you're after a level stance, suspension improvements, or new wheels and tires, we'll evaluate the options for your specific truck.
Jeep Wrangler, Toyota 4Runner, Tahoe, Yukon, Suburban, and other SUVs can benefit from carefully selected suspension, wheel, tire, and handling upgrades. We'll help determine what's practical for the vehicle and how you actually drive it.
Yes. We install compatible lift and leveling kits for trucks and SUVs in Maize, serving Wichita and the surrounding communities. We evaluate each vehicle and the proposed equipment before scheduling installation.
A leveling kit generally reduces the difference between the front and rear ride height. A lift kit is intended to raise the vehicle's overall ride height. The best option depends on the vehicle, tire plans, and intended use.
An alignment is generally recommended after changes that affect suspension geometry. Gearhead Autoworks offers wheel alignment services and can evaluate whether the modified setup allows proper alignment.
Yes. We provide tire installation and balancing along with wheel and tire fitment evaluation. Tire size, wheel offset, suspension clearance, and the vehicle's intended use all matter when selecting a setup.
Possibly! For select truck and SUV upgrades, we may consider installing customer-supplied lift kits, leveling kits, or aftermarket suspension parts. We'll need to review your vehicle and the exact components before approving the project. Fitment, safety, installation requirements, pricing, and warranty terms are discussed in advance. Not every kit or project is a good fit, and we reserve the right to decline an installation.
Maybe you want to get rid of the factory rake. Maybe it's time for better suspension, wheels and tires, or a more involved upgrade.
Tell us what you're driving, what you want to accomplish, and how you plan to use it. We'll help determine the right direction for your build.
Project inquiries are reviewed individually. Vehicle compatibility and scheduling are subject to evaluation.
